Welcome!

Troop 201 was chartered in November of 1962 as the first troop in San Ramon. We follow a traditional Scouting program centered around the concept of a boy-lead troop.

Our program is centered around outdoor activities and demonstrates the Scout philosophy of "Prepared for Life." Every scout in the troop has ample opportunity to learn and practice leadership skills, and to enjoy the fun of being a productive member of a team. Scouting is especially successful in developing self-reliance, self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-respect, fundamental components of character.

We meet on Monday nights, from 7:00-8:30pm, in the Gathering Hall at Canyon Creek Church.

To learn more about our troop, go to the About Us section. To reach us, please use the Contact Us feature.

Pumpkins Wanted

We need your help! When Halloween is over and you have all those bright orange pumpkins laying around... instead of throwing them away, bring them to the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Smash on Monday, 11/03, at 6:30pm in the CCPC parking lot. Pumpkins of any size, shape or color, decorated, not decorated, carved or uncarved are wanted. Anything as long as we can slash, dice, and destroy them.
